All orders are sent from Queensland, Australia via Australia Post.
Domestic orders will be sent in Express Post prepaid satchels. Express Post satchels come with a tracking number and should be delivered within 1-2 days from being sent. Some locations may take a day longer.
We will do out best to send bulky/heavy items Express, however if there is no suitable prepaid satchel available then bulky/heavy orders will be send regular post with signature on delivery.
Tracking numbers will be sent along with shipping confirmation and can be tracked anytime at www.auspost.com.au
International orders will be sent regular post with Australia Post airmail and can take roughly 7-15 days. It is the responsibility of the buyer (you) to know your country's customs laws.

We will happy accept returns and will offer an exchange or a credit note for the value of your purchase (less shipping charges) if an item is not what you expected or you feel has been majorly misrepresented by us. Any items purchased on sale or with a discount code are not applicable for exchanges/returns.
A return/exchange must be approved by us prior to returning an item.
If you would like to return an item please email us at info@ishanidesigns.com.au within in 7 days of receiving your order.
If a return has been approved, please ensure that item is in perfect unworn/unused condition with all tags and packaging intact. Any item that has been worn, used or washed will not applicable for an exchange, this includes if a clothing article smells of perfume when we receive it.
Any return postage charges are the buyers (your) responsibility.
Refunds will be given only on faulty items.
