We will happy accept returns on full prices items and will offer an exchange or a credit note for the value of your purchase (less shipping charges) if an item is not what you expected or you feel has been majorly misrepresented by us. Any items purchased on sale or with a discount code are not applicable for exchanges/returns.
A return/exchange must be approved by us prior to returning an item.
If you would like to return an item please email us at email@example.com within in 7 days of receiving your order.
If a return has been approved, please ensure that item is in perfect unworn/unused condition with all tags and packaging intact. Any item that has been worn, used or washed will not applicable for an exchange, this includes if a clothing article smells of perfume when we receive it.
Any return postage charges are the buyers (your) responsibility.
Refunds will be given only on faulty items.
