We unfortunately do not offer refunds for change of mind or if an item does not fit. We do however offer an exchanges/credit notes if something is not what you expected or you feel has been majorly misrepresented by us on product listing. This however excludes sale items. Any items purchased on sale or with a discount code are not applicable for exchanges/returns.
A return/exchange must be approved by us prior to returning an item. Any returns/exchanges that have not been approved by us first will not be considered and will be immediately 'returned to sender'.

If a return has been approved, please ensure that item is in perfect unworn/unused condition with all tags and packaging intact. Any item that has been worn, used or washed will not applicable for an exchange, this includes if a clothing article smells of perfume when we receive it.
Any return postage charges are the buyers (your) responsibility. We are not responsible for any postage costs.
